Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

As we age, we naturally lose skin tone and elasticity preventing complete recoiling of the skin after muscle contractions (smiling, laughing or frowning). This leads to the formation of wrinkles, fine lines and folds.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

Over a comprehensive consultation, we will be able to advise you on the most appropriate course of action to help make the skin look subtly more youthful and vibrant as well as to treat medical problems such as excess sweating. We offer treatments that reduce muscle contractions and allow the muscles to relax, resulting in the reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and ageing lines or prevention in formation of lines in the first place.

The procedures are typically quite quick and are relatively painless. Results should take full effect within 2 weeks and last between 3-4 months, varying between individuals. Learn more about what our solutions can help combat below:

Forehead and Frown Lines

There are horizontal wrinkles that appear between the eyebrows and the hairline and vertical lines between your brows that can give the face a worried or angry look. This is a common source of insecurity for many, as frown lines can make us look grumpy and unapproachable and are a tell-tale sign of ageing. By smoothing out these lines, your expression can be softened and refreshed.

Crow’s Feet

These are lines at the outer corners of the eyes, usually more prominent when laughing or smiling. These again become more noticeable as we age due to losing the elasticity in the skin. Similarly to forehead and frown lines, we are able to treat this by reducing the prominence of lines and helping to create a refreshed and youthful appearance.

Gummy Smiles

A gummy smile is where there is too much of the top gum on show when you smile. It can be caused by overactive facial muscles that cause the lip to lift too much when they contract. During a consultation you will be assessed, and the clinician will explain how the procedure will work. The aim will be to relax the muscles around the nose and mouth preventing them from lifting the lip up so far.

Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)

During a full consultation the clinician will review a detailed medical history and advise you of the possible treatment options that are available to you. One such option that we may be able to offer would be a treatment to block the nerves that activate the sweat glands.  Results are temporary and typically last between 3-6 months.
